Jennifer Houle

Risk manager

Jennifer and her team of risk modelers, based in Belfast, Edinburgh and Manchester, develop and deploy cutting-edge fraud models across the UK and Ireland. Her team works with business and technology partners across the bank to deliver models which safeguard our customers and reduce the social and economic impacts of financial crime. Jennifer previously developed fraud models for the US insurance industry as part of a data science team. Before joining the financial services industry, she completed a PhD in mathematical biology at Queen’s University Belfast.
